What's for dinner tonight?

Fried chicken strips - I mix the breading myself, and the key that makes it pop is to put parmesan cheese in the mix. It makes them taste oh, so good! I also fry these in EVOO so it is a little bit healthier, although I'm not sure how much.

Homemade Mashed potatoes - red, not white. Red potatoes are YUMMY.

Love it! We make veggie "fried chicken" out of the Morningstar chicken strips and it's delicious! And we usually have black eyed peas with some jalapenos, mashed russet potatoes (skin on!), and yeast rolls. NOMS! You're making me hungry!
